When talking about a wine, we tend to include reference to the area that it comes from. But this is nothing
if there is no inclusion of the landscape that goes with it. This is the key element, the real strength that gives
value to a land. In the case of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, it was through the wine that I
got to know the area itself, and this opened up a whole new world to me, and visitors to this unique landscape
immediately feel the challenge facing those who cultivate the vineyards on these slopes, so much so that it has
rightly been defined as “heroic viticulture”. The views one enjoys throughout the land of Superiore are unique
in their kind. I fell in love with them as soon as I saw them.  [...]

These are a few lines of the thought of Adua Villa, television face, sommelier and writer, taken from the column 'My Conegliano Valdobbiadene', within the new issue of the six-monthly magazine dedicated to wine tourism 'Visit Conegliano Valdobbiadene - On the Prosecco Superiore Road ', designed to make known the beautiful things of our land.
You can find it at the tourist offices, or browse it here or download it here.
