Torchiato di Fregona

Verdiso is an autochthonous vine from the Alta Marca Trevigiana.

Dry, fizzy, with a hint of green apple and a slightly bitter aftertaste. It has medium alcohol content and can be enjoyed with light hors d'oeuvres, fish and risottos with herbs.

To valorize the product, in 1991 the Amici del Verdiso - E' Verdiso promotional association was created in Combai.
